1. Giới Thiệu
Chào mừng bạn đến với Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation ("Tiện ích", "chúng tôi", "Extension Vietnam"). Chúng tôi tôn trọng tối đa quyền riêng tư và cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của người sử dụng. Chính sách Quyền riêng tư này giải thích minh bạch những dữ liệu nào được thu thập, cách dữ liệu được sử dụng, và khẳng định các dữ liệu nội dung nhạy cảm của bạn luôn nằm an toàn tuyệt đối trên thiết bị cá nhân của bạn.
2. Dữ Liệu Chúng Tôi Thu Thập và Lưu Trữ Tại Máy Chủ
Để cung cấp dịch vụ quản lý tài khoản, cấp phép bản quyền và kiểm soát hạn mức sử dụng hợp lý, máy chủ trung tâm (Backend API) của chúng tôi CHỈ lưu trữ các thông tin kỹ thuật tối thiểu sau:
- Địa chỉ Email: Được sử dụng làm định danh tài khoản để đăng nhập, gửi mã xác thực đăng ký hoặc hỗ trợ kích hoạt bản quyền. Chúng tôi chỉ chấp nhận email hợp lệ từ nhà cung cấp dịch vụ thư điện tử tiêu chuẩn (Gmail).
- Mật khẩu đã băm (Hashed Password): Chúng tôi KHÔNG BAO GIỜ lưu mật khẩu gốc của bạn. Mật khẩu được mã hóa an toàn bằng thuật toán mật mã học chuẩn WebCrypto PBKDF2-SHA256 kết hợp chuỗi ngẫu nhiên (salt 16-byte) và mã khóa bảo vệ máy chủ (pepper).
- Mã định danh cài đặt (Install ID): Một mã ngẫu nhiên sinh ra khi tiện ích được cài đặt trên trình duyệt của bạn (chỉ lưu bản băm SHA-256) nhằm theo dõi hạn mức sử dụng của thiết bị.
- Số lượt sử dụng hàng ngày (Daily Usage Count): Chỉ số đếm số lượt tự động hóa đã thực thi trong ngày nhằm thực thi hạn mức của bản Free (10 lượt/ngày) và điều phối công bằng cho hệ thống.
- Thông tin đơn hàng (Orders): Mã đơn hàng, gói cước đã chọn (PRO_1M, PRO_3M, PRO_6M, PRO_12M), trạng thái thanh toán và ngày hết hạn bản quyền Pro.
3. Dữ Liệu Máy Chủ KHÔNG BAO GIỜ Thu Thập Hoặc Tiếp Nhận
Máy chủ của Extension Vietnam hoàn toàn KHÔNG CÓ KHẢ NĂNG xem, thu thập, lưu trữ hay chuyển tiếp các thông tin sau:
- KHÔNG lưu nội dung Prompt: Mọi câu lệnh, kịch bản tạo ảnh nạp từ tệp hoặc danh sách đều chỉ được xử lý tạm thời trong bộ nhớ RAM trình duyệt của bạn và gửi thẳng tới giao diện ChatGPT trên tab đang mở của bạn.
- KHÔNG lưu hình ảnh & tệp nhị phân: Hình ảnh được tạo ra từ dịch vụ ChatGPT sẽ được tải thẳng từ máy chủ CDN về ổ cứng máy tính của bạn thông qua Chrome Downloads API. Máy chủ chúng tôi không làm trung gian tải hay lưu trữ bất kỳ hình ảnh nào.
- KHÔNG lưu Google Drive Token / OAuth Token: Nếu bạn chọn tính năng đọc prompt từ Google Sheets, mã xác thực OAuth của Google được lưu cục bộ trong bộ nhớ an toàn của tiện ích (Chrome Identity / Storage) và chỉ gửi trực tiếp tới API chính thức của Google (googleapis.com). Token này không bao giờ được gửi tới máy chủ của Extension Vietnam.
- KHÔNG lưu Sheet ID hay nội dung Bảng tính: Dữ liệu các dòng prompt trong bảng tính Google Sheets được đọc trực tiếp vào tiện ích trên máy của bạn và không chuyển đi đâu khác.
- KHÔNG lưu tài khoản ChatGPT hay Cookie phiên: Tiện ích hoạt động dựa trên phiên đăng nhập sẵn có của bạn trên trình duyệt chính thống; chúng tôi không bao giờ yêu cầu, không ghi nhận và không lưu trữ thông tin đăng nhập dịch vụ bên thứ ba.
4. Quyền Truy Cập (Permissions) Của Tiện Ích Chrome
Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation chỉ yêu cầu các quyền kỹ thuật tối thiểu cần thiết theo chính sách Single Purpose của Chrome Web Store:
storage: Lưu trữ cài đặt của bạn, hàng đợi prompt hiện tại và token xác thực phiên cục bộ.activeTab/tabs: Nhận diện tab ChatGPT đang kích hoạt để thực hiện tự động hóa dán prompt.scripting: Cho phép tiện ích chèn đoạn mã điều khiển giao diện web ChatGPT theo lệnh bạn ấn khởi chạy.downloads: Tự động lưu hình ảnh tạo thành công về thư mục tải xuống trên máy tính của bạn.sidePanel: Hiển thị giao diện điều khiển nằm bên cạnh tab trình duyệt giúp bạn theo dõi tiến trình trực quan.identity: Hỗ trợ đăng nhập Google OAuth để đọc bảng tính prompt khi bạn có nhu cầu.clipboardWrite: Cho phép sao chép nhanh liên kết hình ảnh hoặc mã đơn hàng.
5. Bảo Mật Thông Tin & Ký Số Bản Quyền
Mọi kết nối giữa trình duyệt và máy chủ Backend API của chúng tôi đều được mã hóa bằng giao thức HTTPS/TLS hiện đại. Giấy phép bản quyền gói Pro được cấp phát dưới dạng chứng chỉ ký số mật mã học ECDSA P-256 (SHA-256). Nhờ đó, tiện ích có thể xác minh bản quyền ngoại tuyến an toàn mà không cần gửi dữ liệu liên tục về máy chủ.
6. Quyền Của Người Dùng & Xóa Dữ Liệu
Bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu cá nhân của mình:
- Đổi mật khẩu: Thực hiện bất kỳ lúc nào ngay trong phần cài đặt của tiện ích.
- Xóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn: Bạn có quyền gửi yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản (thông qua API
DELETE /v1/me). Toàn bộ email, mật khẩu băm, token xác thực sẽ bị xóa hoàn toàn khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu. Các dữ liệu đơn hàng cũ sẽ được ẩn danh hóa theo quy định kế toán.

Welcome to Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation ("Extension", "we", "us", or "Extension Vietnam"). We hold your privacy in the highest regard and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy transparently explains what data is processed, how it is used, and confirms that all sensitive creative assets remain entirely on your local machine.
2. Data We Collect and Store on Our Servers
To deliver essential authentication, license entitlement, and rate-limiting services, our central backend API ONLY collects and stores the following minimal technical records:
- Email Address: Used solely as your account identifier for login, registration verification codes, and license activation. We exclusively accept standard, valid email addresses.
- Hashed Password: We NEVER store your plaintext password. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard WebCrypto PBKDF2-SHA256 with a unique 16-byte random salt and a server-side pepper key.
- Installation Identifier (Install ID): An anonymous random identifier created when the extension is installed on your browser (stored only as a SHA-256 hash) to enforce fair device usage limits.
- Daily Usage Count: An aggregate counter of automation runs executed on the current day to enforce Free tier daily quotas (10 runs/day) and prevent platform abuse.
- Order & Subscription Records: Order reference code, selected plan (PRO_1M, PRO_3M, PRO_6M, PRO_12M), transaction verification status, and Pro license expiration timestamps.
3. Data That Our Servers NEVER Collect or Receive
Extension Vietnam servers are technically INCAPABLE of viewing, receiving, collecting, or retaining any of the following:
- NO Prompt Data: Your prompts, creative instructions, and image generation scripts remain strictly within your browser's local memory and are dispatched directly to the active ChatGPT interface on your machine.
- NO Generated Images or Binary Files: Images produced by ChatGPT are downloaded directly from the content delivery network (CDN) to your local hard drive via Chrome's native Downloads API. Our servers never relay, proxy, or store any image files.
- NO Google Drive Tokens / OAuth Credentials: If you utilize the Google Sheets import capability, OAuth tokens are retained exclusively in your browser's secure local extension storage and communicate solely with Google's official endpoints (googleapis.com). They are never transmitted to our backend.
- NO Google Sheet IDs or Spreadsheet Content: Your spreadsheet rows and column data are fetched client-side and never relayed to Extension Vietnam servers.
- NO Third-Party Account Credentials or Cookies: The extension operates entirely on top of your existing browser session; we never solicit, record, or store any third-party credentials.
4. Browser Permissions Justification
Extension Vietnam — Batch Image Automation requests only the minimal permissions required under the Chrome Web Store Single Purpose Policy:
storage: To save local configuration preferences, active prompt queues, and session authentication tokens.activeTab/tabs: To identify the active ChatGPT tab and orchestrate the automated input workflow upon user interaction.scripting: To inject automation helper routines into the ChatGPT web client to insert prompts and detect completion states.downloads: To automatically save successfully rendered images directly into your chosen computer download directory.sidePanel: To provide a clean, non-intrusive companion user interface beside your active browser tab.identity: To enable optional Google OAuth2 login for importing prompt lists from your personal Google Sheets.clipboardWrite: To enable convenient one-click copying of image URLs or order references.
5. Data Security and Cryptographic Entitlements
All communications between your browser and our backend API are secured using modern HTTPS/TLS protocols. Pro license entitlements are cryptographically signed using WebCrypto ECDSA P-256 (SHA-256). This enables the extension to verify license validity autonomously and continue functioning even during intermittent offline periods.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You possess full authority over your personal information:
- Password Update: Modify your password at any time via the extension settings.
- Permanent Account Deletion: You may permanently terminate your account (via
DELETE /v1/me). Upon confirmation, your email address, password hash, and active session tokens are permanently erased from our live database. Historical transaction records are anonymized in accordance with statutory accounting standards.
